In a surprising twist, the world has decided to have an extra war. Georgia invades some breakaway province it probably doesn't really need, Russia invades Georgia, and now hundreds are dead and the battles continue. Who's a bigger jerk A) Georgia B) Russia

There is some precedent for federal governments quelling breakaway attempts with force, remember the Independent Republic of Ruby Ridge?
