Man gets 3 years for making love to a corpse in 1982, fair?

Too little or too much, vote foul. "( Cincinnati ) A former worker at the Hamilton County Morgue who has admitted to raping the body of a murder victim in 1982, will spend the next three years in prison. 55-year-old Kenneth Douglas was sentenced today to 18 months in prison for gross abuse of a corpse and 18 months again for violating his parole on drug trafficking charges."
