Ban on saggy pants is ruled unconstitutional by Florida judge

S-baggy-pants-large

In March, a town in Florida banned saggy pants where the wearers underwear was exposed. Somebody sued for some reason, and won. Today, the court ruled that that law is unconstitutional. "A 17-year-old spent a night in jail last week after police arrested him for wearing low pants in Riviera Beach, southeast Florida... The law banning so-called "saggy pants" was approved by city voters in March after supporters of the bill collected nearly 5,000 signatures to put the measure on the ballot."

founder they will have to go to the next town where baggy pants are allowed. The new kid will take a few classmates over THE bridge where he will encourage others to drop trau. Before you know it, the kids will start (gasp) talking back to their elders and the local minister will have to start preaching on the evils of baggy pants. Other kids will join in and eventually they will clean up the old mill so they can have a secret pants dropping party. The parents will keep a careful eye on the kids from a nearby field and the wise Mother will recall her "wild" youth to the smiles of her minister husband. Our hero will finally get to the party and find no one wearing their pants below the waist. With a line that becomes in instant classic, our hero yells "DROP PANTS"! Kenny Loggins is working on the soundtrack....... [QUOTE]
