LonelyGirl15 was a scripted web show that went viral a few years ago. People thought it was a real teen diary. The creators of the show have raised $5M and are launching a new show (with a new social network) called "The Resistance," and here's a quote from the web site: "The fountain of youth is real. It's in the blood of innocent girls scattered across the world. They're hunted, murdered, sucked dry of their precious lifesblood. We are The Resistance. We fight to protect and save these girls."
