Phweeter is a new service where you sign in with your Twitter credentials, then select another Twitter user, then initiate a phone call. I honestly couldn't find a single commenter who understood the concept, so sorry to all involved, and in some ways, I apologise for posting this story. And no disrespect to Phweet.
