Moscow subway blast: is "terrorism" justified?

If the US military gets to slaughter millions of innocent people in a tyrannical fashion, are Chechens justified in killing a few dozen (or even a few hundred) to win liberation and freedom? What about the US revolutionary war or civil war? Didn't we do just that?

But in a prepared statement, Northern Command spokesman Michael Kucharek acknowledged the patrols and said the U.S. has been monitoring the two submarines.

U.S.-Poland deal will install missiles 115 miles from Russia

Looks like Russias attack must have scared Poland enough to agree to host American missiles. The timing is interesting. Was this a necessary security measure or was there a better way to deal with this? ..an agreement that prompted an infuriated Russia to warn of a possible attack against the former Soviet satellite. The deal to install 10 U.S. interceptor missiles just 115 miles from Russia's westernmost frontier also has strained relations between Moscow and the West, ties that already troubled by Russia's invasion of its former Soviet neighbor, U.S. ally Georgia, earlier this month."
