Donna Neals of Winter Park decided to occupy a 4-by-6-foot space at Dog Day Afternoon to draw attention to her campaign to get $250,000 in funding from the Pepsi Refresh Project. Neals, 55, wants to expand her nonprofit, Paw in Hand Match, which aims to keep animals out of shelters by putting people searching for pets in touch with people who can no longer care for their animals.

He said he showed the police a portion of the sticker still in his windshield and explained that his parking permit came with his apartment. After trying to work with the company with little success, he decided to turn to Facebook, creating a page that says it's, "For every resident who was legitimately parked where they are supposed to be but were still towed by this company."

This number represents the number of cigarettes a 20-per-day smoker consumes over the span of 30 years. The website posted the addresses of Comedy Central's New York office and the California production studio where South Park is made. "As a cartoonist I just felt so much passion about what had happened I wanted to kind of counter Comedy Central's message they sent about feeling afraid," Norris said.
