RescueTime has raised about $1M, they give you data about your usage so you can be more efficient. They have about 100,000 users. "Y Combinator startup RescueTime lets users monitor which applications and websites they use/visit the most, and then lets them use that information to try to cut down on inefficient uses of time. It’s useful on an individual basis, and it helps businesses (who pay $4-$8/user/month) monitor what applications are being used, and where time is being wasted."

$13B in Iraq aid wasted or stolen, according to ex-Iraqi watchdog

Our watchdog and their watchdog now agree, someone stole a lot of money. 'Salam Adhoob, a former chief investigator for Iraq's Commission on Public Integrity, told the Senate Democratic Policy Committee, an arm of the Democratic caucus, that an Iraqi auditing bureau "could not properly account for' the money...While many of the projects audited "were not needed -- and many were never built," he said, "this very real fact remains: Billions of American dollars that paid for these projects are now gone.' "
